Checking In

It’s the end of week one.  I have kept to my workout plan (thanks P90x), eaten vegetables every day (thanks to those who introduced me to radishes), significantly reduced my intake of Diet Coke (no good substitute yet), and blogged every day (surprisingly, this seems to be the most challenging of the resolutions).

I’m feeling good about all of these things.  On to week two.
